Insurance
The coverage a property like this deserves.
Estate transitions, cleanouts, property care, and licensed trade work sit on the same property at the same time — sometimes with the people on it. We carry the lines that protect clients, partners, and crew on every job. The summary below is built so a partner can confirm coverage before signing a contract, and a client can verify it before crew sets foot on site.
Why this page
Coverage you can confirm before the contract.
Property work involves real risk — to the building, to the people on it, and to the people paying for it. Partners contracting 9 Revolution — estate attorneys, realtors, property managers, general contractors — need to verify coverage before signing. Clients hiring us for a cleanout, a remodel, or a property-care contract need the same confirmation before crew sets foot on site. This page is one place to do both.
We surface the carriers, limits, and effective dates once each policy is verified by counsel. Until then, the structured rows below stay as bracketed placeholders so a trust page never publishes a number we have not confirmed. Partners needing a Certificate of Insurance on file can request one directly — see the bottom of the page.

Sits above the underlying lines so a single serious incident does not exhaust any one policy.
Need a certificate on file?
Partners and clients frequently need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file before work begins. 9 Revolution handles every COI request offline — request one as part of your project request or via the contact form, and we will route the right certificate (with the right additional-insured language) within one business day.
Certificates are issued by our carriers and emailed directly; we never publish policy numbers, VINs, or declarations on this page.
Or write to barcia-estate-trade-co@polsia.app.
